Whenever I have asked for advice or help with swimming and exercises, every one of the staff have been amazing. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much. A great team and much appreciated!

Successful first swimming trip! Brought 3 year old swimming for the first time. Lifeguard went out of his way to clean down a family changing room for us and even provided a toy for her in the pool to calm her down. Great service!

One of the first pools to open and they have done amazing. Thank you to all the lovely staff. The premises were well signed for distancing and super clean. Well done to you all.

Richmond Swimming Pool is accessible to all. It has individual cubicles for wheelchair users and a number of large family ones. The place was clean and cleaned regularly by a member of staff. My visit was excellent. This was my second time going and I will certainly go again

I much prefer this pool to the Catterick pool and Darlington pool. Less busy, friendlier and I’d say ‘retro’…not ‘dated’. Would definitely recommend. Staff are fab! Great for families.

We are from out of the area and recently attended a children’s swimming party for my nieces at Richmond Swimming Pool. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the changing area was good with plenty of cubicles and lockers available and the shower area was spacious as well as being lovely and warm. Small pool temperature was good for my 10 month old who I always put in a neoprene wrap when attending any public pool. The view from the balcony/cafe area is fantastic. All in all a great afternoon. Would not hesitate to visit next time we are in the area.

This swimming pool has the most beautiful views of trees and lovely old buildings on every side when you are in the pool. Beautiful!
